Stables Gift Shop, the Stable Block Chatsworth

For many years, during January and February, Chatsworth House has kindly hosted the Peak District Artisans’ Winter Exhibition.

In 2022 we moved to a new location in the Stables GIft Shop, adjacent to the main house. Since then the annual PDA Showcase in the Shop has been a great success, and we are delighted to be returning in 2025

Renovation work planned for the Stables’ clock tower during 2025 will require closure of the usual entrance to the shop. Our Showcase will take place in the same area as last year but access will be via what was the exit which opens directly onto the central courtyard.

Exhibitors this year are: Fine artists Adrienne Brown, Alex Jabore, Cath Dunn, Catriona Hall, Diana Green, Greta Vilidaite, Ingrid Karlsson, Kate Brooks, Katherine Rhodes, Pam Smart, Roger Allen, Sue Nichol, and Tim Rose; Textile artists Alison Wake, Joanna Allen and weaver Emily Murch; Jewellers Suzanne Claire Williams and Sally Ratcliffe; Ceramicist Kathryn Watson; and Glass Artists Thomas Petit and Katherine Stephenson

The shop is open 10.30am to 4.30pm every day and our display will be manned by exhibiting artists. Parking is free for the duration of our show. We will again have a “Demo Table” with work in progress, sketch books and some artists demonstrating their process during the show.
